#1 in AI Overviews in eight weeks: how Parto found its buyers

Parto is a digital payment solution for social care and nursing facilities, a category its buyers rarely know how to search for. In eight weeks the company went from absent to the first answer, and turned that into 700+ qualified B2B visitors a month.

The challenge: a category nobody was searching by name

Parto was not ranking for its primary commercial keywords and was absent from AI Overviews and ChatGPT answers alike. In a category this specific, that is fatal: administrators researching how to handle payments between facilities, residents and insurers were never shown the product that solves it.

The picture was made harder by an ideal customer profile that had not been pinned down, which left the project pipeline inconsistent and made it unclear which questions were even worth answering.

scaile's approach

The first move was definition rather than production: clarifying who the buyer actually is inside a care facility, and identifying the high-intent B2B questions that buyer asks on the way to a decision.

From there the content engine targeted those questions directly, in the answer-first, extractable form AI Overviews and ChatGPT can lift, and the landing pages behind them were rebuilt so a visitor arriving from an answer meets something that converts rather than a generic homepage.

The results

#1 in AI Overviews, 700+ qualified B2B visitors a month, in 8 weeks

Within eight weeks Parto held the #1 position in AI Overviews for its core commercial keywords, and the site was drawing more than 700 qualified B2B visitors a month, from a category surface it previously had no presence on.

“scaile was a game-changer for Parto's online presence. Our website started ranking #1, is visible in AI Overviews and now attracts hundreds of relevant visitors every month.”

How fast do results in AI search show up?

First results in AI search typically show within 6 to 14 days, while solid SEO conclusions take about three months. Most teams have a visibility baseline within their first week and see measurable Share of Voice movement within one quarter.

How are these results measured?

Every engagement starts with prompt tracking: scaile monitors the relevant questions your target group asks across AI engines and tracks mentions, citations, and Share of Voice over time, alongside classic metrics like organic impressions and traffic. Defensible numbers for executive review.

What industries do you work with?

The work is organised around five customer segments: global multi-category enterprises, category creators, the technical Mittelstand, publishing and media, and ecommerce and booking. Each has its own page explaining what the programme looks like there. What they share is that factual accuracy, brand voice and claim control matter.

Do I need to change my existing content strategy?

No. scaile works alongside your existing content strategy and SEO efforts. We add a new layer of AI-optimized content production that complements what your team already does. Most clients keep their current workflows and let scaile handle the AI visibility layer.

What does success look like in the first 90 days?

A baseline of where your brand appears across AI engines, a prioritized roadmap of opportunities, and the first wave of content live and tracked. Most teams see measurable share-of-voice movement within one quarter.
