Most content plans are built on what a team assumes its customers search for. We build yours on what they actually ask, based on your internal data and large scale topic mining.

How we find the search intents you can win

Developed in our research partnership with TU Munich

Analyze your internal data for search intent

Your sales calls and your customer success conversations tell us what your customers actually ask you, what they use your product for and which issues they have. That is real insight into search intent, even before we start our topic mining.

Analyze your internal data for search intent

Seed queries to kickstart data mining

Based on your offerings, your positioning and your buying personas from the step Define your Offering, together with your internal data, we define seed search queries. We use these queries to run topic mining, to find all the search intents that you could show up for.

We mine search queries at large scale

We do large scale social listening in forums, social media and news. We analyze your Google Search Console and Google Analytics. We look at Google Also Asked and Google Trends. We run autocomplete searches in Brave and other search engines. We do fan out query tests and we check search volumes. Based on all of this we get a huge list of search queries and we know how important each one of them is.

We distill everything into a content plan

All queries are vectorized and tagged, and our framework then distills this down into the most important topics, the ones that will make you win in AI search and make you show up where your customers buy. The focus is always to find bottom of the funnel search intents to cater to. You get the topics and the briefings for you to write content that makes you win for them.

Outcome

A multi month content plan to win in AI search

Each topic and search intent also has the info on what needs to be in the content, so that the content piece can then be written perfectly, the models actually use it, and you are shown in the way you want to be shown and positioned.

Frequently asked questions

Need more detail? Book a Call

How is this different from a keyword tool?

A keyword tool tells you what people typed into Google. We also collect what they ask in forums, in communities, in reviews, in your sales calls and directly in the AI models, including the questions that have no search volume at all but still lead to a purchase.

What data do you need from us?

Access to your Google Search Console and your Google Analytics, and whatever you have internally from sales and customer success, like call transcripts, support tickets or the questions that land in your inbox. The more internal data we get, the sharper the plan.

What if we do not have internal data?

Then we start with your website, your competitors and the open web. Internal data makes the plan sharper, but it is not a condition to start.

Why do you focus on bottom of the funnel?

Because that is where your customers buy. Top of the funnel topics bring volume, but the search intents close to a decision are the ones that turn AI visibility into revenue, so we cover those first.

What exactly do we get?

A content plan with the topics, the search intents behind them and a briefing per topic that tells you what needs to be in the content. That is enough to fill several months of publishing.

Is the plan a one time thing?

No. We keep mining while you publish, so new questions and new search intents land in the plan, and everything you publish is measured against it.
