300K new visitors in 90 days: how Hey Honey became visible where customers research
Shoppers research before they buy, and increasingly they ask an assistant rather than a search box. Hey Honey, the premium yoga and activewear brand, went from absent to cited in those answers and turned it into 300K new unique visitors and €150K additional recurring revenue in 90 days.

The challenge: a premium product nobody was recommending
Hey Honey had the product quality but not the visibility. The brand did not appear in Google AI Overviews for commercial queries, was missing from ChatGPT answers across the yoga and activewear categories, and had no presence in the research phase where buyers decide what is worth considering.
Competitors owned that surface. Without it, growth depended entirely on paid channels and existing brand awareness, which put a ceiling on what the team could scale.
scaile's approach
The engagement started with understanding where the category is actually decided. Prompt tracking mapped the questions shoppers ask across AI engines, which brands were being cited in the answers, and which of those questions sat closest to a purchase.
From there the work ran on two fronts over 90 days. Entity and category signals were strengthened so engines could place the brand correctly in its category, and AEO-optimised content was published against the questions buyers actually ask, in a form engines can lift and cite. Authority signals were added across the web, and both AI and classic organic KPIs were reviewed weekly rather than at the end.
The results
300K new unique visitors, 3M additional impressions, €150K additional ARR
Within 90 days of activating the engine, Hey Honey had gained 300K new unique visitors and 3 million additional impressions, and the visibility translated into €150K of additional recurring revenue rather than traffic alone.
“Thanks to scaile, we gained 300K additional unique visitors, 3M extra impressions, and €150K more in recurring revenue in 3 months.”
